Mind the Border is an artist residency project in Gorizia/Nova Gorica, produced by Altreforme, Udine, aimed at the production of a new video art work realised in the territory. The professional artist selected for the first edition is the Swiss Anouk Chambaz (Lausanne, 1993).
On October 28th, 2024, Anouk Chambaz will meet the students and the community of the School of Arts, University of Nova Gorica, to weave a fruitful dialogue around her art practice, previous works and her current project.
The academy was also involved in the selection, through a call for students, of an assistant artist to Anouk Chambaz to carry out research in the cross-border area and the production of the new work. The selected artist is Brina Fekonja.
